Refund & Return Policy

At Blackout Performance, we want to ensure you get the right parts for your build. Please review our return guidelines below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility & Condition

  • Items must be in new, uninstalled, and resalable condition.
  • All original packaging, hardware, and instructions must be included.
  • Parts that have been test-fitted, bolted on, painted, or modified in any way are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fees

To keep our prices competitive and cover the costs of processing large automotive components:

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
  • This fee is waived if the return is due to a shipping error on our part or a confirmed manufacturing defect.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at blackoutperformancegroup@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the appropriate return shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
