Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order total and item size.

Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping transit time is 3-7 business days. Large items shipping via freight may take 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has dispatched.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and are not guaranteed.

Oversized & Freight Items

Many of our performance parts (such as bumpers, hoods, and large exhaust systems) are oversized. These items may ship via LTL Freight. Important: You must inspect all freight shipments for damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please note: Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments (bumpers, hoods, etc.) for damage before signing for delivery.
